The Data Score is rapidly reaching a new subscriber milestone, surpassing my expectations on timing. I’m deeply grateful and energized by the growing community engaging with this long-form newsletter exploring the nexus of data, investing, technology, and business.
I began writing The Data Score in April 2023 with a focus on providing value to readers in each article and striving to achieve a specific outcome for them. Data Score articles have offered actionable insights on building data products and teams to drive investment decisions, provided industry analysis and commentary, explored AI's evolution through real-life case studies, and helped the data community prepare for conferences with thoughtful questions.

Exciting Update: Premium Content Now Available
The Data Score is introducing premium content, which will be behind a paywall. Beginning February 1, 2025, Data Playbook, Data-Driven Investing, and Dataset Deep Dives will be premium content. These sections provide actionable strategies, in-depth case studies, and exclusive expertise tailored for data-driven professionals.
The subscription will be priced at $9.99 per month or $99.99 annually.
Early subscribers can choose their own price before February 1, 2025—an exclusive opportunity to lock in savings.

The monthly rate of $9.99
An annual rate of $50/year (the minimum Substack allows)

In 2024, The Data Score published 36 articles, of which 13 would have been premium content. We intend to continue to publish at least 3 articles per month on average and average at least 1 premium article per month.
